Can I change my username?

Your username is allocated to you by Bank of Ireland Life, it is not possible to change it.

How do I change my password?

On the Dashboard, click My Profile and select Change Password on the dropdown menu. You will be asked to enter your old password, your new password and to confirm your new password.

If I have a technical problem, how do I contact the Bank of Ireland Life helpdesk?

What do I do if I forget my username?

In the event that you forget your username, you must email our helpdesk at newbusinessteam@bankofirelandlife.ie. Our site administrator will validate your details. Once your details have been confirmed, the administrator will reissue your username to you and you will be asked to reset your password through the Forgotten Password link on the User login page.

What do I do if my account is locked out?

When you are logging in, if you enter the incorrect username or password 3 times, you will be locked out. You must email our helpdesk at newbusinessteam@bankofirelandlife.ie or newbusinessteam@newireland.ie Our site administrator will validate your details. Once your details have been confirmed, the administrator will reissue your username to you and you will be asked to reset your password through the Forgotten Password link on the User login page

What if I forget my password?

On the user login page, click on the link 'Forgotten password' on the right hand side. When you have entered your username, you will be asked to answer the challenge questions (which you already answered when you first logged on). These are used to validate your user details. On validation of your details, you will be asked to reset your password.
Please remember when resetting your password, that it should not be obvious. In addition, passwords must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one non-alphabetic character and one capital letter.
